Dr. Valeria Forlin works on EU climate policies at the European Commission, in a team that promotes the role of the land sector in the fight against climate change - from decreasing agricultural emissions, to increasing carbon sinks in soils and forests, to providing sustainable food and materials for our everyday life. In particular, she works on the implementation of the Carbon Removal and Carbon Farming certification framework and on the design of market-based climate policies for the agri-food sector.
