  • Dr. Madhura Rao
    Dr. Madhura Rao Maastricht University

    Dr. Madhura Rao is an Assistant Professor of Food Systems Governance at Maastricht University (The Netherlands). Her research focuses on food safety governance, circular bioeconomy, planetary health, and power asymmetries in agri-food chains.

  • Prof. Dr. Massimo Tagliavini
    Prof. Dr. Massimo Tagliavini Free University of Bozen-Bolzano

    Professor Massimo Tagliavini of tree ecosystems and former dean Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Italy); former chair of the Italian agricultural scientific societies; edited the book Sustainable intensification, tool for the development of the Italian agriculture.

  • Dr. Thomas Nemecek
    Dr. Thomas Nemecek Agroscope

    Dr. Thomas Nemecek (Agroscope, Switzerland) is an expert in LCA of agri-food systems. His main focus are environmental impacts of agricultural production systems, food supply, nutrition, and food systems.

  • Prof. Dr. Michele Morgante
    Prof. Dr. Michele Morgante University of Udine

    Michele Morgante is professor of Genetics at the University of Udine (Italy) and Scientific Director of the Institute of Applied Genomics. He is a member of the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei and of Academia Europaea as well as of numerous other scientific academies.

  • Dr. Elise Hoek- van den Hil
    Dr. Elise Hoek- van den Hil Wageningen Food Safety Research

    Elise Hoek- van den Hil is working at Wageningen Food Safety Research (WUR), she leads the research team Agrochains, that focuses on food safety issues in our present and changing food system.

  •  Gianfranco Brambilla
    Gianfranco Brambilla Italian National Health Institute

    Gianfranco Brambilla (DVM, EBVS diplomate in Veterinary Toxicology, Vet public health specialist) is a Senior Investigator at the Italian National Health Institute. His activity in food safety/ food security aspects is linked to Environmental Quality Standards and circular economy-driven emerging hazards.

  • Prof. Dr. Chris Elliott
    Prof. Dr. Chris Elliott Thammasat University

    Professor Chris Elliott is a global leader in food systems research, founder of the Institute for Global Food Security, and author of over 600 highly cited scientific studies advancingfood authenticity, safety, and resilience worldwide.

  •  Francesco Fenga
    Francesco Fenga Fenga Food Innovation

    Francesco Fenga has over 40 years of research and development experience acquired at Knorr, Pavesi, Barilla, and Fenga Food Innovation, and is a contract professor of Confectionery Technology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Cremona, Italy).

  •  Paola Giavedoni
    Paola Giavedoni InnoFoodTech

    Paola is a food-system expert with a scientific background and 25 years in industry leadership roles. She now consults globally, builds agrifood ecosystems, and serves as an EU expert and advisor.

  • Dr. Frank-Michael Mörsberger
    Dr. Frank-Michael Mörsberger SC+CS

    Chemist (University of Stuttgart, Fraunhofer IGB); professional career at Merck KGaA, Biomerieux and AGROLAB GROUP in several management positions; founder of SC+CS (Scientific Communication & Consulting Service); focus: enzymology, food & feed analysis, marketing & business development.
