Presentation:
New Genomic Technologies for agricultural sustainability

Key Points:
• Food production is environmentally expensive.
• Most of the environmental costs come from agriculture.
• We need technological innovations to decrease these costs.
• Genetic innovation can play a major role in cost reduction.
• Genome editing and other NGTs can help us to make old and new plant varieties that better cope with environmental challenges.
