David Brussa is Chief Total Quality & Sustainability Officer at illycaffè. He is responsible for the management and development of all projects related to the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the company as well as for the maintenance of current system and process certifications, including B-Corp. David Brussa is President of the Easy Espresso Serving System (E.S.E.) Consortium in Milan, lecturer at illycaffè's University of Coffee courses, and a qualified Super Senior taster of coffee drinks.
