Prof. Wim Soetaert is full Professor of Industrial Biotechnology at Ghent University, Belgium. He is an expert in the development of biobased products and processes. He is the chairman of Inbiose and the CEO of the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant, an open innovation pilot plant for the industrial development of biobased products and processes.
